These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bd21 platform and all its services. By using our website bd21.lat, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms. Please read the full Terms before using our services.

Important: These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any of the terms, please refrain from using our services.

These Terms are written in Bengali and are specifically designed for users in Bangladesh. In case of any dispute, the interpretation by bd21 authorities will be considered final.

Account Registration & Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account on bd21:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
  • Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
  • All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
  • No one else may operate an account in your name or on your behalf.

During account verification, bd21 may request the necessary documents to confirm your identity. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete. Providing false information may result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

Account Security & Password Management

You are primarily responsible for keeping your bd21 account secure. The following must be observed:

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Rules

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into bd21: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks).

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
  • Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • Any unusual or suspicious transactions may be delayed for verification.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same payment methods can be used for withdrawals.

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Standard withdrawal time: within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed subject to verification.
  • Large withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

Withdrawal funds will only be sent via the same method used for the deposit. Sending funds to third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

bd21 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

  • 200% bonus on first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳6,000 and receive a ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳11,000.
  • The bonus applies only once — per user, per account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

  • Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only).
  • Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
  • Bets placed on certain games may contribute more or less toward the wagering requirement.

5.3 VIP Program

bd21's VIP program has three tiers:

  • Bronze tier: weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
  • Silver tier: weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
  • Gold tier: weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

You can move up to a higher tier through regular play. The benefits and terms of VIP tiers may change at any time.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If bd21 finds evidence that a user is abusing bonuses (e.g., claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, exploiting the system, or manipulation), the relevant bonus and any winnings obtained through it will be voided and the account may be closed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when betting and gaming on bd21:

  • Once a bet is placed or a game round has started, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If a game is not completed due to a technical error, bd21 may, at its own discretion, decide to refund the bet amount or restart the game.
  • In sports betting, the official result will be considered final for determining outcomes.
  • If the internet connection is lost, the outcome of any ongoing bet will be determined according to bd21's server records.
  • If there is an error in the game provider's software, any winnings resulting from that error may be voided.

Games from world-class providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and Ezugi are available on our platform. Fair play is ensured across all games.

Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd21:

  • Operating multiple accounts by one person.
  • Placing bets or making deposits using third-party funds.
  • Hacking the system, using bots, or any other technical manipulation.
  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
  • Threatening or harassing other users.
  • Providing false information to bd21 staff.
  • Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, the account will be immediately cancelled and all balances will be forfeited.

Account Suspension, Closure & Fund Return

bd21 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • If there is suspicion or evidence of a breach of terms.
  • Failure to provide the documents required for verification.
  • Suspicion of illegal activity or fraud.
  • At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

When an account is closed at the user's request, the valid balance will be returned if the wagering requirements have been met. If the account is closed due to a violation of bd21's rules, there is no obligation to return the balance.

bd21's total liability shall under no circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by the relevant user in that month.
